Description:

Super crisp and fruity, with a caramel aftertaste. As every year! A very clean and rounded washed coffee. The acidity of this Guatemalan always reminds me of fleshy oranges, maybe even a hint of grapefruit (definitely citrus acidity!), a touch of yellow fruits, and a hint of flowers. Light but rounded body. The aftertaste is a bit like oranges sprinkled with sugar and caramelized with a torch!
