Autumn and winter are when I most enjoy coffees with lower acidity, sweeter, and even dessert-like profiles. La Valentina is a nice sweet classic. Cookies, dates, berries, and a long, pleasant finish. Chosen with something classic in mind for pour-over and something more interesting for an espresso shot. Once you drink it, I'll leave it up to you ;)
