I like to play some funk. Or pop. Right? Ngl. When choosing this coffee, I was guided by the farm's name and then the taste. Luckily, not only the name is cool, but the taste too. For those looking for vinegar and wine – not here. Despite the fermentation, we have a clean, fruity coffee full of cooked stone fruits (nectarines came up during the cupping). A bit of caramel and an aftertaste that reminded us of pomelo. Creamy yet refreshing coffee.
