When I was a kid, I dreamed that one day I would become coffee of the month at Coffeedesk (big fan energy). And here I am, and together we're heading into 2026! For this occasion, I chose for you a coffee from Don Alexis, a producer from Costa Rica, with whom I've been working for almost 4 years. In this month's coffee, you'll find a pleasant citrus acidity perfectly harmonizing with juicy, ripe apples and hazelnuts. The finish is long and chocolatey.
