Description:

A classic. A nice alternative to Brazil - low acidity, yellow fruits, pecans complementing the sweetness, and a chocolate finish. Nothing complicated, but that's okay. Sometimes there's no need to complicate things. Oh, and it's medium roasted, so it works both with and without pressure.
